Team Blue Jacket Launches at the 10th Annual Blue Jacket Fashion Show

Man Cave Health proudly launched Team Blue Jacket, the official community screening initiative aligned with the 10th Annual Blue Jacket Fashion Show.

For ten years, the Blue Jacket Fashion Show—founded by Frederick Anderson—has elevated awareness around prostate cancer through fashion and culture. This year, that awareness expanded into direct community action.

In partnership with Northwell Health, Man Cave Health provided free PSA screenings across Harlem, Brooklyn, and the Bronx in the days leading up to the show. On February 4—World Cancer Day—screenings continued onsite in Manhattan during the fashion show itself.

Over four days of activation, more than 50 men were screened—many in neighborhoods disproportionately impacted by prostate cancer and barriers to preventive care.

Team Blue Jacket builds access.

By aligning a nationally recognized awareness platform with community-based screenings, Team Blue Jacket created measurable impact alongside cultural influence. The initiative now serves as a scalable model for future cities—ensuring awareness is always paired with opportunity for early detection.

“The Blue Jacket Fashion Show shines a powerful light on prostate cancer awareness,” said Chris Masters, Executive Director of Man Cave Health. “Team Blue Jacket ensures that light reaches the communities who need it most—turning awareness into access and conversation into action.”

Man Cave Health remains committed to meeting men where they are—through culture, sport, and trusted medical partnerships—to drive early detection and improve outcomes nationwide.
